Circular floral sapphire and diamond pendant and chain

This beautiful circular pendant is micro claw set with diamonds and has a stylised branch with three sapphire and two diamond set leaves along the bottom. The pendant is suspended on a fine trace link chain that can be worn at fifteen, sixteen and seventeen inches. The pendant and chain are both in 18ct white gold.
