This classic cameo brooch as front facing subject which is quite unusual. The oval brooch has a pin and rollover catch with a fitting to allow it to be also worn as a pendant, with a wide rim surround having a twisted wire feature. The cameo subject is in high relief, meaning rather than being flat against the cameo, the subject is raised and appears to be in 3D. The overall size of the brooch is approximately 42mm x 35mm.
