Stylish ruby and diamond openwork pendant and chain

This stylish pendant has a central oval cut ruby certified by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory as Burmese in a millgrain setting. This is stunning ruby has an openwork stylised shield surround millgrain set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant is suspended on a 16 inch Spiga chain. The ruby weighs 2.20ct, the diamonds have a total weight of approximately 0.60ct and the pendant and chain are in 14ct white gold.
