Vintage marquise shape old cut diamond ring

This delicate open work ring has three old cut diamonds set horizontally, above and below the centre diamond are three graduating old cut diamonds, and between the outer diamonds is a smaller old cut diamond. All the diamonds are rub over millgrain set and the open scrolled style knife edge wirework has a millgrain pattern. The ring is stamped 18ct and Platinum.
