Vintage sapphire and diamond open claw seven stone ring

This vintage ring is in 18ct yellow gold (tested as and stamped) with a central oval cut sapphire, either side are three old cut diamonds in a trefoil design. All the outside settings are open claw typically seen in a vintage ring.
